• Experience in a managerial position in the development division of product companies;

• Higher technical education;

• Deep understanding of the requirements and needs of mass production of electronic components;

• The R&D center management system was built and implemented (25+ engineers of various profiles and 20+ projects in different product areas at the same time);

• R&D work mechanics transformed from engineering to product logic with development roadmaps and revisions;

• Implemented diversification of the company's product portfolio in accordance with strategic plans, namely, the product portfolio will introduceno, and developments in demand on the market in the following directions:

  • Battery solutions

  • Lighting solutions

  • Microprocessor solutions

  • Renewable energy solutions

  • Robotic solutions (conveyor manipulators, self-propelled systems, etc.)
    
    

• The development cycle has been systematized (development budgeting, regular operational rhythm, digitalization of task control, etc. have been introduced), including shortening of the development cycle from technical approval to experimental prototype approval;

• The Institute of Team Leads was formed in development teams (organizing engineers who manage/organize the development cycle), including those who act as the main communicators with other departments (marketing, sales, projects, procurement, production, quality control, production, technologists);

• Increased the proportion of processes covered by documentation and built & implemented a single documentation repository (switching from SVN to GitHub).
