The head of the Public Organization with experience in EkoBud, GO

We are the team of the public organization "Ekobud". Our goal is to help the Ukrainian military, as well as Ukrainians who suffered as a result of Russian aggression.

The vacancy of a manager in the NGO "Ekobud" is an important role in supporting and coordinating the work of the team. We are looking for a person who can help ensure the effective performance of tasks and achieve the goals of the NGO.

What do we need help with?

• Providing support in organizational and administrative issues.
• Interaction with project participants, partners, the public and other interested parties.
• Attracting new members of the organization and building an effective team.
• Assisting in planning and coordinating work, setting priorities, managing resources and implementing project schedules.
• Recruitment for volunteer and other positions, facilitating their adaptation and readiness to bear responsibility for their activities.
• Start-up and development social networks, website, etc.

You are a great candidate if you have:

• High level of written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work.
• High level of responsibility and leadership qualities.
• Ability for self-development and self-realization, long-term cooperation.
• Willingness to work in stressful situations and quickly adapt to the circumstances.
