Be responsible for the management and implementation of a special local project with national partners in accordance with the scope of the project and the requirements of donors. Lead the project team, including the deputy head of projects and programs, specialists in partner capacity building, and provide support to them in their daily work. Coordinate your work with partners in order to provide them support in the implementation of projects and ensure the timely achievement of project results. Provide general financial management and project control, preparation of financial forecasts and regular review of budgets for compliance with actual indicators, including final review of partner budgets and payment of monetary grants to communities. This also includes ensuring targeted development of partners' financial management capacity, including development of policies and SOPs, conducting technical trainings and providing ongoing support to partner staff. Provide logistics management for the project, ensuring that procurement and delivery of goods are carried out in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with WHH regulations. This also includes providing dedicated logistics and procurement partner capacity development, including policy and SOP development, technical training and ongoing support to partner staff. Manage project staff in coordination with HR to ensure all positions are filled in accordance with project budgets, staff contracts and training. Monitor and proactively coordinate liaise with local partners to ensure regular reporting, planning and analysis of partner activities and processes Collaborate with the MEAL team to analyze key data related to project outcomes and quality and share outcome level data with the WHH Data Management Specialist to support external reporting. This also includes ensuring targeted capacity development of MEAL partners, includingdeveloping policies and SOPs, conducting technical trainings and providing ongoing support to partner staff. Ensure proper preparation and submission of project reports to relevant parties, and update outcome trackers in coordination with MEAL specialists. Engage and manage external consultants to plan and conduct technical capacity building trainings jointly agreed with WHH and partners. This includes preparing ToRs, liaising with Logistics on contracting for consultancy services, reviewing and assisting in the development of training materials and coordinating training activities with partners and WHH staff.Meet regularly with local authorities where projects are implemented to ensure , that these authorities are informed of WHH activities and, if necessary, obtain the necessary permits. Coordinate work with implementers in Ukraine and worldwide implementing response initiatives (SCLR) to share best practices, including technical working groups and forums. Provide support to the program manager and technical advisors during the development of proposals, as necessary. Coordinate and document with strategic partners the processes of assimilation of lessons learned during project activities. In addition to the above capacity development activities, be responsible for coordination with the partnership advisor, project specialists and specialists in work with partners regarding capacity building needs.
