Key tasks: organization and coordination of the work of the southern macro-region as part of several regional offices to attract medium-sized business customers to service; providing practical assistance to the regional office of the region in matters of organizing the process of selling credit and deposit products , RKO products, providing high-quality service to medium-sized business clients, building long-term relationships with clients; control over the structure and dynamics of deposit and credit portfolios of medium-sized business clients of the regional offices of the southern macroregion; control over the dynamics (increase, decrease) of the customer base of medium-sized business clients of the regional offices of the southern of the macro-region; organization of performance by employees of medium-sized businesses of the KPI region in terms of: commission income, growth of the loan portfolio, volume of loans issued, attraction of resources, new active clients and other planned indicators; participation in attracting clients through negotiations with key current and potential clients of the Bank, on-site visits conducting business, assistance in structuring credit agreements. For this position, you need: higher education; high organizational skills, experience in management positions (head of a macro region/management/center/department for the organization of sales of bank products to customers of medium-sized businesses or credit analysis) more than 5 years; knowledge of the medium-sized business market: top clients, understanding the advantages of competing banks; the ability to negotiate with top management, company owners, build long-term relationships (the presence of a client portfolio is also an advantage); in-depth expertise in the financial analysis of enterprises, the ability to structure credit agreements, defend projects before specialized services of the bank; experience in developing credit products, optimizing business processes of providing services to medium-sized business clients; fluency in the national language; knowledge of the English language at least B1.
