Our expectations from the candidate:
- Higher education in the field of economics, finance or banking;
- Experience in organizing and holding interdepartmental meetings, round tables, discussions;
- Experience in the development of strategic documents, public reports;
- Experience in processing large data sets;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint;
- experience in the field of strategy implementation, organizations;
- Experience in supporting software products for implementation monitoring;
- Experience in developing and implementing plans for development or transformation, digital transformation, business process management, implementation of a client-oriented approach in building business processes;
- Knowledge in the field of change implementation, the main global methods and approaches to change management;
- Knowledge of value creation concepts for client (Value proposition, Value chain, Design thinking, etc.) and methods of their implementation;
- Knowledge of Canva and other tools for information visualization;
- Analytical thinking, attention to details, result-oriented, desire for continuous learning and development, work in a team.
