Key tasks:

• formation of business requirements for software for automating banking processes, testing the implemented software functionality;  
• management of projects from the side of the business unit (planning and organization of work, control and analysis of project progress);
• optimization of business processes (conducting interviews with the "owners" of processes, description of "as is" and "should be" processes, implementation of solutions in the Bank's system);
• writing user instructions and other internal regulatory documents to ensure the implementation of projects.

This position requires:

• higher education (technical education will have a higher priority);
• understanding of the Bank's IT architecture and the principles of system interaction; 
• experience in developing IT solutions to optimize existing processes (experience in micro, small and medium-sized businesses or corporate business will have a higher priority);
• skills in describing existing and new business processes ( small, medium and corporate business).
