What we will entrust you with:

• Responsible for the planning, organization and control of work in the project program from the moment of initiation to completion.
• Form the plan of the project program, which includes (calendar plan-schedule of works , budget, resource plan, risk management plan, communication plan, quality management plan and stakeholder management plan).
• Responsible for the formation and management of the project team within the framework of the program in order to obtain maximum benefits from its implementation.

• Responsible for conflict management in the project program in order to improve interaction both between project managers (optionally) and with project stakeholders within the program.
• Responsible for and control the development, maintenance, updating and storage project documentation, budget, resource plan and schedule of projects within the program in information systems.
• Manage communications with internal stakeholders within the project program, subcontractors, conclude contracts on behalf of the company, monitor compliance with contractual requirements .
• Responsible for risk management and making changes during the implementation of the project program.
• Provide information about the project program within the scope of responsibility.
• Responsible for development and motivation project managers within the program (optional).

• You have experience in managing IT project programs from 2 years
• Experience in managing IT projects from 4 years Experience in implementing one of the ERP, CRM, WMS, MES, Big systems Data, IoT, Web\Mob products (at least 1 successful program implementation or 2 successful implementations of different systems as separate projects)
• Skills in organizing tenders, negotiating and contracting with subcontractors Experience in managing teams (>30 FTE )
• Knowledge of approaches to the evaluation of terminis, budget and resources of the project
• Experience of risk management and organization of the change management process in the project
• Knowledge of managing dependencies between projects within the framework of the program
• Experience of conflict management in projects
• Skills and practical application of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience in maintaining project documentation in the project management information system
• Proficiency in English
