Functional duties: Development of the franchise network: development of the franchise network and improvement of the company's positioning in the market; ensuring the effective implementation of franchise standards at all points of sale; search, selection and negotiation and signing agreements with potential franchisees; organization of project presentations and schedules for their implementation to management, substantiation and protection. Projects: assessment and selection of potential premises for opening new stores; planning, support and control of the process of opening new retail outlets; organization of the interaction of all company structures involved in the implementation of projects; preparation all necessary documentation; ensuring compliance with franchise standards at all points of sale. Basic requirements: higher education in the field of marketing, business, or similar; additional education or certificates in the field of franchising will be an advantage; work experience in the field of sales (preferably in companies in the field of retail trade of ceramic tiles and sanitary ware); experience opening new outlets and business development in the field of franchising will be an advantage; project management and strategic planning skills; communication skills and the ability to build relationships; a deep understanding of the ceramic tile and sanitary ware market; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance; the availability of a private car and readiness for frequent work trips.
