Functional duties: Development of the franchise network: development of the franchise network and increasing the company's positioning on the market; ensuring the effective implementation of franchise standards at all points of sale; searching, selecting and conducting negotiations and signing agreements with potential franchisees; organizing presentations of projects and their implementation schedules to the management, with justification and protection. Projects: evaluation and selection of potential premises for the opening of new stores; planning, support and control of the process of opening new outlets; organizing the interaction of all company structures involved in the implementation of projects; preparation of all necessary documentation; ensuring compliance with franchise standards at all points of sale. Basic requirements: higher education in the field of marketing, business, or similar; additional education or certifications in the field of franchising will be an advantage; experience in sales (preferably in companies in the field of retail trade of ceramic tiles and sanitary ware); experience in opening new outlets and business development in the field of franchising will be an advantage; management skills projects and strategic planning; communication skills and the ability to build relationships; a deep understanding of the ceramic tile and sanitary ware market; the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stress resistance; the availability of a private car and willingness to travel frequently.
