Friends, we are currently looking for a Partnership Development Manager - Energy Financing

Your future functional:

• Search and attraction of partners: Establishment of cooperation with contractors, equipment suppliers, developers and other participants of the distributed generation market.
• Development of partner programs: Formation of special financial products and financing conditions for clients of partner companies.
• Partner consultation and support: Training of partners on banking products, credit terms and financing processes.
• Support of partnership agreements: Quality control execution of agreements, coordination of financing projects of partners' clients.
• Analysis of the market and competitive environment: Monitoring of distributed generation trends, assessment of potential partners and analysis of the effectiveness of cooperation.
• Coordination of internal processes: Interaction with the bank's divisions (credit department, risk management, legal department) to ensure effective financing of partner projects.
• Participation in industry events: Speeches at conferences, forums, exhibitions to promote banking solutions in the field of energy.

It will be an advantage:

• The presence of a base of contacts in the field of distributed generation.
• Experience in implementing partner programs in the banking or energy sector.
• English language at a level not lower than B2.

Our candidate has:

• Higher education (economics, finance, energy).
• 3 years of experience in corporate banking, finance or B2B sales.
• Understanding of the renewable energy market and business models of distributed generation.
• Experience of cooperation with EPC companies, developers or equipment manufacturers will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial instruments for financing energy projects.
• High level of communication skills, experience in negotiating with top managers of companies.
