OSCHADBANK invites the Manager to the team projects and programs development department of business processes of retail business Key tasks: p>- analysis of the existing work processes of payment cards and credit products of BPC, in terms of product and service customization, for their relevance, convenience, identification of weaknesses and strengths.

- description of business requirements for building new ones and improving existing business processes and card products

- support and control of the implementation of relevant changes in the business processes and products of the BPC, within the limits of communication with contractors and other structural divisions of the bank

For this position required:

• higher education
• 3 years of work experience in banking
• work experience in part of the development of card products
• experience in writing business requirements for the development of Bank software
• strong understanding of payment card mechanisms from the point of view of systems and processes
• understanding of current market trends payment card lending, as an additional advantage
