The Corporate Client Risk Department is looking for a Project and Process Manager with experience and understanding of credit processes for medium and large business clients. Qualifications and experience: Knowledge of the credit process for large and medium corporate clients (TTY&TTC). Creation and management of procedures, identification of areas for improvement, monitoring of process performance. Knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the National Bank of Ukraine that regulate the credit business process; Competences \ experience regarding changes in the credit process, knowledge of the methodology regarding changes in processes (lean management methodology) Experience in communications with development teams regarding the formation of business requirements regarding the implementation of changes in the credit process - Management experience is desirable processes on IT platforms (Creatio, Siebel, in-house) Experience of interaction with IT development teams (task setting, testing, performance evaluation) Your role: Increase the efficiency and productivity of the process of crediting large and medium-sized clientsImproving collaboration between process participantsImproving client experienceFinding a balance between efficiency and and process compliance Why PUMB?
