Head of the project office in DTEK

FUNCTIONAL POSITIONS: Management of project activities of OH; Management of M&A and PMI projects and processes; Project management — creation of a project office (methodology of conducting project activities, audit and monitoring of projects, coordination of resources). Project/asset portfolio management control; Resource allocation and profit maximization. Assessment of the economic prospects of development projects of all areas of business and the formation of proposals for the allocation of capital within the OC in order to meet the criteria of the managing company; Goal setting for project activity REQUIREMENTS: Experience in organizing and managing project activities, project office in large companies; Experience in managing a project office, experience in consulting Fluency in English; Coordination and analytical abilities NECESSARY SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE: Complete higher education; Skills in creating systems and processes of project activity; Presentation skills; Deep expertise in project management.
