TM "Halytska" Svizhyna" is not only a powerful enterprise for the processing of meat products and the production of meat products. This is our own chain of branded stores and over 1,000 partners in western Ukraine.
We are looking for: Head of production units (sausage shop, cooking shop, frozen semi-finished products).
Your main duties:
1. Strategic implementation and operational management
- Implementation of the company's strategy in the activities of the department.
- Management of processes and execution of planned indicators.
- Making management decisions affecting business development.
2. Control of quality, standards and safety
- Ensuring compliance of products and processes with the requirements of HACCP and internal standards.
- Control of compliance with the rules of labor protection, sanitation, safety techniques.
3. Team management and personnel development
- Team formation, training and development.
- Participation in the creation of a personnel reserve.
- Implementation of a corporate culture of leadership, teamwork and responsibility.
4. Lean approach and process improvement
- Launch of initiatives to optimize production and business processes.
- Implementation of digital tools and automation systems.
5. Communication and interaction
- Close cooperation with Production Manager, HR, chief technologist, commercial department and IT.
- Presentation of work results to company management.
From you we expect:
- Experience in a managerial position (head of department/block/production unit) from 3 years.
- Understanding of strategic management principles and operational processes.
- Knowledge of HACCP systems and quality standards (will be an advantage).
- Leadership skills: ability to form and motivate a team.
- Analytical thinking, focus on results and innovation(Lean, Kaizen).
- Higher education (economics, management, food production technologies or related specialties).
Your work schedule: from Mon.-Sat., from 09:00 to 18:00 (+ floating day off)
