What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience in building and organizing a production system;
• Production management skills, resource planning, organization and control of production processes;
• Production management experience;
• Experience in managing production personnel;

During the meeting, we will tell you everything in detail, but the main tasks:

• Construction and organization of the production system;
• Resource planning: development of strategies and plans for the production of unmanned vehicles;
• Production personnel management;
• Optimization of processes: introduction of new technologies and methods that will improve the quality of production.
• Cooperation with the R&D department (Design Engineers, Electronics Engineers, etc.)
