Head of production (radio electronics) in Panchoshna S., FOP

In connection with the expansion of production capacity in the field of radio electronic products, we are looking for a strong manager who can systematically manage production, scale processes and bring order to numbers, people and results.

1. Strategy and development:

• Formation and implementation of production strategy
• Management of budget and production facilities
• Implementation of effective approaches (Lean, KPI, automation)

2. Operational management:

• Implementation of the production plan (time / volume / quality)
• Management of the full production cycle
• Ensuring smooth operation

3. Team management:

• Building a production structure
• Management by department heads
• Setting tasks, control and motivation

4. Quality and efficiency:

• Product quality control and reduction of defects
• Cost and cost management
• Increasing productivity

5. Interaction and resources:

• Coordination with supply, technologists, warehouse and sales
• Control of equipment, repairs and launch of new capacities

6. Safety and control:

• Observance of labor safety regulations
• Control of industrial discipline

7. Analytics:

• Reporting, deviation analysis
• Making decisions based on indicators

Who we are looking for:

• Production management experience from 5 years
• Systemic thinking and the ability to build processes, confidently and efficiently.
• Experience in the implementation of KPI / Lean / optimization
• Strong management skills and mandatory demand for results is a high priority!
• Ability to work with numbers and make decisions based on them
