Head of production of chemical reagents in NDA Recruitment

Basic functions:

• Planning of production processes in accordance with the needs of the company
• Organization of transportation and logistics of components and personnel
• Recruitment, development and management of the team
• Ensuring compliance with safety and occupational health and safety techniques
• Control of compliance of production with legal regulations

Required skills for this position:

• Higher education in chemistry (required) or biology
• Experience working in a modern chemical industry
• Team management experience (shift leader or similar position)
• Understanding chemical synthesis processes
• Knowledge of safety regulations and labor protection
• Organizational skills and result orientation
