Head of the production department in Lvivvodokanal, LMKP

Requirements:

• Higher technical education (relevant field),
• Experience as a head of a production and technical department or an estimate department from 2- x years,
• Knowledge of technologies of the full cycle of construction,
• Ability to read drawings,
• Knowledge of construction norms and rules,
• Knowledge of the order of registration design and estimate and other technical documentation,
• Knowledge of the procedure for acceptance of objects, the construction of which has been completed, methods of quality control of the work performed,
• Fluency in the necessary programs (AutoCad, Adobe Acrobat, AVK 5),
• Ability to make unpopular decisions,
• Analytical abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and coordination of the work of the production department.
• Organization and control of capital construction works, reconstruction of production facilities and engineering networks, capital and ongoing repairs.
• li>Keeping records of the performance of works according to schedules.
• Maintaining the order of interactions with economic, financial, contracting, subcontracting organizations.
• Organizing the conclusion and monitoring of the execution of contracts related to design, construction and repair works.
• Control of the use of materials and works, according to projects.
• Preparation and participation in tenders.
• Ensuring technical supervision of construction, reconstruction and capital and ongoing repairs.
• Control over compliance with building standards and regulations.
• Organization of the formation of investment programs and control over their implementation.
