In connection with the expansion of our company, we are looking for an experienced and responsible employee for the position of production manager. The main purpose of this position is to ensure the effective functioning of production, the achievement of set goals and the provision of quality products.

Main duties:

• Planning and organization of production processes;
• Control over the implementation of production plans and schedules;
• Coordination of work with production and quality control units;
• Control over the provision of raw materials for production and materials;
• Development and implementation of measures to optimize production processes;
• Ensuring compliance with production standards and safety standards.
• Interaction with other company departments to ensure coordination of work and achievement of common goals.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position from 2 years;
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and technologies;
• Ability to work in a team and manage units;
• High responsibility and result-oriented;
• Ability to make decisions under conditions of limited time and high pressure;
• Good orientation in the field of quality and standards
