Today we invite to the team a MANAGER OF PRODUCTION who wants to work, develop and be part of our warm team.

Main tasks:

• Planning, organization, control and analysis of the main and auxiliary production processes (mixing and production workshop)
• Ensuring the execution of planned tasks and effective use of equipment
• Control of employees’ compliance with the rules of labor protection, safety and industrial sanitation
• Participation in the development of production plans (annual, quarterly, monthly), approval of weekly and daily plans
• Providing recommendations on the mechanization and automation of production processes
• Control of technically correct equipment operation and compliance with repair schedules
• Participation in the development and implementation of line production standards
• Organization of TMC accounting and monthly inventories
• Planning and organization of employee training for working with equipment
• Support of the food safety system

We are looking for you if you:
• You have work experience in production from 2 years
 • Possess the skills of planning, control and analysis of production processes
 • Know the rules of labor protection and safe use of equipment
 • Can work with documentation and organize team training
 • Responsible, attentive to details, communicative and stress-resistant
