Vacancy for an experienced production manager

The customer is an equipment manufacturing enterprise

Functional duties:

• Perform operative management of the production unit of the enterprise.
• Formation and implementation of production plans and schedules; 
• Participate in the planning of the expenditure part of production budgets;
• Ensuring the continuity of the production process;
• Taking organizational and organizational and technical measures to increase the productivity of production personnel and reduce production costs per unit of production;
• Control of product quality, production technology; 
• Control compliance with the rules of labor protection, safety technology, production and labor discipline, compliance with procedures, standards, technological norms and rules in production.
• Interaction with the technical department on issues of drawing up schedules for the implementation of PPR, technological equipment, monitor their implementation.
• Participation in personnel selection, training, motivation and development team.

 Responsible for:

• Implementation of production plans and schedules of all types of products.
• Timely conclusion of contracts for the purchase of necessary component products taking into account the terms of their production and submission of applications for the purchase of materials and equipment or tools taking into account the terms of their delivery.
• Maintaining optimal warehouse stocks of component products or materials necessary for continuity of production and
• Product quality.
• Provision of workshop workers with necessary devices or tools, consumables, as well as necessary technical documentation.
• Effective planning of working hours and use of available production equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience in organizing production processes and managing a team of 100 people or more.
• Experience in a position a production manager in the field of metalworking or mechanical engineering will be an advantage
• In-depth understanding of the main stages of production.
• Quality management: the ability to set quality standards and implement quality control procedures to ensure product compliance with requirements and regulations.
• Production optimization: the ability to find ways to improve production efficiency, reduce costs and increase productivity.
• Responsibility for the result, anti-crisis thinking, systematicity and rigidity in decision-making.
