Head of production in Staut Tekstil, TOV

We are a modern Ukrainian manufacturing enterprise that is actively growing and developing. We are looking for an initiative production manager who understands the real work of the workshop and knows how to organize people and processes so that production works stably and predictably. We need a person who is ready to take responsibility, put order in daily work and gradually build an effective work system.

• City: Kharkiv
• Work schedule: mostly daytime, without excessive formality
• Salary: from UAH 45,000 (the level is discussed depending on experience and results)

Main tasks in the position:

• Organization and control of daily production work; 
• Planning of tasks, distribution of responsibility, control of execution; 
• Personnel management: task setting, control, participation in the selection and adaptation of new employees; 
• Identifying problems in production processes and preparing practical solutions; 
• Team support during peak periods (with personal participation in processes) and further optimization of production work

Experience and skills 

• Experience in managing production processes or a production site with several different operations (experience as a production manager is an advantage); 
• Practical understanding of production and the ability to organize the work of people, equipment and production schedules;
• Technical education or significant practical experience in production; 
• Experience in personnel selection, training and adaptation; 
• System thinking, autonomy and proactivity
