Head of production in Pospishenko O.S., FOP

Our company is a successful manufacturing enterprise specializing in the production of premium compound feed, cereals and dog food. In connection with the expansion of production, we are looking for a qualified and responsible person for the position of "Production Manager" in the city of Kryvyi Rih.

Tasks:

• Organization and daily control of production processes
• Ensuring the execution of production plans within the established deadlines
• Control of compliance with technological maps, recipes and quality standards
• Coordination of shift work, craftsmen and operators
• Control of the effective use of raw materials and materials
• Ensuring the working condition of the equipment, interaction with the technical service
• Observance of occupational safety, sanitary and veterinary requirements
• Maintenance of production documentation and reporting
• Optimization of technological processes and reduction of production costs
• Development of production and repair plans equipment

Requirements:

• Higher or secondary education (technological, engineering or related)

• Experience in a managerial position in production from 2 years

• Desirable experience in the field of feed, food or fodder production

• Knowledge of technological processes, equipment and standards qualities

• Leadership qualities, responsibility, system thinking

• Ability to work with production indicators and a team

• Analytical and organizational skills
