Full time (Mon.-Fri. 08:00-16:30).

Practical experience in managing teams and organizing work is required. The successful candidate understands the peculiarities of planning, control and coordination of various stages of the production cycle;

2. Higher technical education:

The candidate must have a specialized technical education that allows a deep understanding of production processes, technologies and quality standards;

3. Analytical thinking:

Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance, quickly find bottlenecks and make decisions that improve performance;

4. Confident leadership skills:

The candidate must be able to motivate a team, competently delegate, resolve conflict situations and ensure a high level of discipline and interaction;

5. Experience in implementing and maintaining quality management systems in accordance with standards ISO;

6. Knowledge of lean production 5S.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of production processes.

2. Quality and time control.

3. Distribution of tasks among employees.

4. Optimization of costs and processes.

5. Reporting.
