Head of production in BAKERY FOOD INVESTMENT / BFI

Bakery Food Investment is a modern bakery enterprise specializing in the production of quality products using modern technologies. We are focused on development, efficiency and uncompromising quality. We are opening a competition for the position of Head of Production.

Main duties:

• Organization and management of the full production cycle

• Implementation and control of compliance with quality standards (FSSC, ISO)

• Optimization of production processes, improvement of efficiency

• Working with automated equipment, monitoring technical status

• Management of production personnel: training, coordination, motivation

• Preparation of reports, participation in strategic planning

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a managerial position in bakery production — mandatory

• Knowledge of modern automated equipment

• In-depth understanding of technological processes of bakery production

• High level of organization, system thinking

• Skills of effective team and production resource management

• Knowledge of food safety requirements, FSSC standards / ISO
