Head of production in Evropromopttorg, TOV

A domestic manufacturer of foam plastic and polystyrene concrete blocks is looking for a production manager who, thanks to his competence, will be able to raise the organization of the workshop to a new high-quality level.

The duties of the new leader will include:

• personnel management;
• control over the operation of equipment;
• incoming control of raw materials and materials;
• observance of production technology and quality control of the GP;
• accounting of the composition of the GP, raw materials and materials;
• organization and control of planned and preventive repairs;
• maintenance of tools and spare parts in the required quantity and working condition;
• analysis and continuous improvement of the production process with the aim of reducing the cost;
• maintenance of the time sheet;
• monitoring of compliance with safety techniques.

We expect from the leader:

• high level of responsibility;
• ability to identify and independently prevent potential problems.
