Duties:

• Organization of the work of production workers.

• Training of new employees.

• Quality control of the work performed in accordance with technical requirements and standards.

• Control of compliance with order fulfillment deadlines.

• Keeping records of completed works and reporting to management.

• Solving current production issues, ensuring smooth operation of the site.

Requirements:

• Experience in production (preferably in the field of manufacturing POS materials or printing).

• Experience in team management or mentoring.

• Knowledge of technological processes and materials.

• Responsibility, organization, ability to work in a team.

• Ability to read technical documentation will be an advantage.
