Main duties:

• Production planning: development of schedules, control of execution of plans resources
• Process control: accounting for output, control of losses, quality, compliance with norms and deadlines
• Personnel management: team management, training of new employees, organization of shift work
• Inventory: organization and control of inventories, interaction with accounting
• Safety and discipline: control of labor protection, labor discipline, internal order
• Optimization: implementation of improvements, automation, participation in equipment modernization

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the production field for at least 3 years in a managerial position (manager, head of production, master)
• Understanding technological processes, production planning and optimization principles
• Ability to organize team work, make decisions and act in multitasking conditions
• Skills in working with accounting programs (1C, BAS, Excel)
• Knowledge of the basics of occupational health and safety, fire safety
• High level of responsibility, discipline, stress resistance
• Ability to work with operational reporting and analyze production indicators
