Head of production in VATAGA DRONE

Due to company expansion, we are looking for a Production Manager.

Requirements:

• Experience in mass production of electronics or aerospace systems.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ERP systems.
• Ability to read technical documentation and drawings.
• Experience with automated production lines.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and organization of mass production.
• Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency.
• Implementation of Lean standards and Six Sigma.
• Identification and elimination of bottlenecks in production processes.
• Quality control at every stage of production.

  From our side:

• work in an actively developing company;
• work format in the office (Kyiv, a couple of minutes' walk from the Boryspilska metro station), with everything necessary for comfortable and stable work: constant light, Internet, tea and coffee, a shelter is arranged next to the office;
• work schedule from Monday to Friday (9:00-18:00);
• Formation in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
