The successful candidate will be adept at delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet the diverse needs of corporate trainers and learners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our TMS, aligning with corporate training needs and business objectives.Lead product development teams in the creation of innovative features and functionalities that simplify training management, enhance learning engagement, and facilitate reporting and analytics.Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities for product differentiation and growth.Work closely with corporate trainers and HR professionals to understand their challenges and integrate solutions into the TMS.Partner with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to maximize product penetration and user satisfaction.Analyze product usage data to inform feature prioritization, design improvements, and customer support strategies.Drive the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, VR) into the training management ecosystem to enhance learning experiences.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business, HR, Technology, or related field.Minimum of 10 years in product management, preferably within the training and development sector.Experience working on Training Management System or Video training.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire product development teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a user-centric mindset.Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with key stakeholders and understanding customer needs.Experience with training management systems, L&D strategies, and corporate training environments.Familiarity with technology trends in training, such as adaptive learning, microlearning, and gamification.The role can be remote in USA.
