Tasks you will perform:
Management of customer service:< /p>
•Organization of the full cycle of customer service management from scratch, starting from market analysis and determination of customer needs to the creation of service improvement strategies;
•Development and implementation of a communication strategy with customers, including the formation of information materials, standards and activities for points of personal contact with the client;
• Analysis of the results of customer loyalty programs, regular updating and optimization of these programs to increase customer loyalty and increase their satisfaction.
< strong>Management of innovations (services/services):
•Evaluation of trends and speed of market growth, analysis of customer feedback;
•Monitoring of new services and products on the local and international markets;
•Development of the portfolio of products and development of the portfolio of AN services.

•Proficiency in English at B2 level and above
Experience in an alagogic position in real estate from 2 years
Experience in organizing the full cycle of customer service management from scratch
