You are our ideal candidate if you:

• You have experience in related fields in the position of R&D Manager / Lead of Product/Science for 3+ years

• You have the skills to create products from scratch, including nutritional supplements or cosmetic products.

• You have a higher education in chemistry, biology or medicine.

• Do you have knowledge of nutrition

• You speak English at the B2 level and above

• You have experience working with manufacturers, technologists, developing formulas.

• You know how to conduct research and have a basic understanding of marketing.

• You have skills in management, delegation, tracking and bringing projects to fruition.

• Can present, pitch, have creative thinking, structured thinking.

• Do you have experience in launching new SKUs

In Perla Helsa you will:

• Create new products for health and beauty

• Lead DepartmentProduct R&D, to work with a manager of scientific and product tasks, a project manager of working with key manufacturers and a nutritionist

• Look for new technologies for product innovation

• Communicate with manufacturers, look for new partners, develop product formulas and coordinate all stages of production.

• Conduct scientific research, analyze formulas and ingredients, research competitors and trends, create new solutions on the market.

• Work with the team to create innovative products and maintain high quality standards.

• Develop and improve packaging

• Monitor and provide proposals for improving the margin of launched products (by proposing to reduce the cost without losing product quality or by finding alternative manufacturers)

• Lead new SKU launches
