Head of product management of bancassurance in UNIQA, Strahova kompaniya

The non-banking financial group "UNIQA Ukraine" - the leader of the insurance market of Ukraine, which is part of the UNIQA group (Austria), one of the largest insurance groups in Europe, invites to its team a Head of Product Management < bank insurance (direction - banca ssurance) (Product manager). p>

What needs to be done:

• Initiating the creation of new insurance products and modification of existing ones, participating in the development of programs for their promotion on the market through partner banks
• Definition and formulation of the main characteristics of new insurance products for partner banks, analysis of their strengths and weaknesses
• Approval of methodological documentation of the insurance product, instructions, participation in debugging and testing of insurance products in the Company's business system and partner banks
• Monitoring the insurance market and the Company's insurance portfolio in order to initiate the creation, modification or closure of insurance products for partner banks
• Participation in UNIQA Group projects

What we expect from the candidate:

• Experience as a product manager, methodologist or underwriter in the field of insurance
• Knowledge of insurance products and the Law on Insurance
• Methodological skills and experience in creating insurance contracts
• Experience in project work will be an advantage
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than Intermediate
• Strategic thinking, proactive attitude, focus on results, customer orientation
