Head of Product in Rich Media Systems

RichMediaSystems is a product-oriented IT company that exclusively develops and nurtures its products and projects. We are inviting a Head of Product to join our team.The Head of Product plays a key role in defining product strategy and development.The manager will be performing the following activities:lead the ideation, development, and execution of innovations from conception to market launch;collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, identify market trends, and assess competitive landscapes;define product vision and strategy;conduct market research to identify opportunities for new products or improvements to existing ones;drive the product's development process, working closely with all departments;analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to iterate and enhance products continuously;stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to identify potential areas for innovation.Required Qualification & Skills:bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus);skills in conducting market research, competitive analysis and working with user feedback;proven experience in product management, with a focus on innovation and bringing products to market;strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration;analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed decisions;ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;passionate by technology and innovations, driven by technical & commercial disruptive challenges;mentoring skills, creativity, and conflict management skills;responsibility, consistency, flexibility, and ability to consider different approaches;ability to communicate your point of view in a reasoned manner, both verbally and in writing.We offer:flexible working hours (09:00-18:00, 10:00-19:00, 11:00-20:00), you choose the start of your working day;benefits package;competitive salary;our employees can work where they work best, whether it’s primarily in a co-working space or at home.Feel that your skills match the requirements?
