Responsibilities: —Dive deep into market trends, customer needs, and competitive forces toshape our product direction; —Inspire and mentor our talented product management team, fostering aculture ofcreativity and accountability; —Lead the charge throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation tolaunch; —Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams toensure seamless product delivery, from engineering and design tomarketing and compliance; —Keep your finger onthe pulse ofindustry trends and competitor activities, using data analysis todrive continuous product improvement; —Roll upyour sleeves and get hands-on with customer support, engaging directly with our clients tounderstand their needs and pain points; —Craft aclear product roadmap that aligns with our strategic vision and prioritizes features based oncustomer value and business impact. Requirements: —You’re aseasoned pro with 5+years inaHead ofProduct orProduct Team Lead role, and 7years inproduct management overall; —You thrive onbuilding and motivating high-performing teams; —With astrategic mindset and hands-on capabilities, you’re always two steps ahead ofthe game. —You hold aBachelor’s degree incomputer science, engineering, information systems, orarelated field, and aMaster’s degree would bethe cherry ontop; —Experience inB2C products (Fintech industry); —You’ve got asolid grasp ofsoftware development lifecycle models and agile techniques, and you know your way around business modeling, P&L, and ROI; —Metrics like CTR, CTI, and LTV are your bread and butter, and you’re not afraid toroll upyour sleeves and dive into A/B testing and UI/UXtesting; —Stakeholder management, negotiation, interpersonal skills; —Fluent oratleast Upper-Intermediate level ofEnglish.
