About the role
We are looking for a Head of Product who will lead the creation and development of our brands' product portfolios.
Your task is to build a system that:
- salable
- gives a margin
- builds a brand
The main objective of the role
Build and scale an effective product portfolio that will become:
- a driver of company growth
- a source of profitability
- a competitive advantage in the market
What will you do
1. Product strategy
- Form product portfolios for different brands
- Determine the categories that are "shooting"
- Build a long-term product roadmap
2. Product design (from idea to shelf)
- Development of products "from scratch"
- UTP formation
- Construction of SKU logic and lines
3. R&D and formulas
- Formation of TK for recipes
- Selection of active components
- Work with technologists and manufacturers
4. Contract Manufacturing
- Search and selection of factories
- Negotiations and cost control
- Quality and compliance control
5. Packaging & Compliance
- Formation of the packaging concept
- Label and marking control
- Regulatory compliance
6. NPD (product launch)
- Managing the full launch cycle
- Time-to-market control
- Synchronization with marketing, sales, procurement
7. P&L and product economics
- Marginal control
- Formation of pricing strategy
- Products as business units
8. Analytics and development
- Sales analysis
- Working with customer feedback
- Hypothesis testing and scaling
Who we are looking for
You, if you:
- Have experience as Head of Product / Product Lead from 2 years
- Launched products (Private Label / FMCG / nutraceuticals / pharma)
- Understand formulas, ingredients and product logic
- Worked with manufacturers and technical documentation
- Knows labeling and compliance requirements
- Thinks through numbers and makes decisions based on data
