We are looking for a professional to join the fintech project team inquality — Head of product.

Our ideal candidate has the following skills:

• Experience building and launching mobile financial technology products:
• Experience building and operating with separate services and products (banking mobile application):

• Remote identification of natural persons (KYC)
• Retail finance: credit cards, installment, BNPL, paid installments, cash loans, POS loans
• Passive products: deposits, demand account
• Transaction services: a2c / c2a (use of various payment methods), p2p, IBAN payments (budget/commercial), utility payments, mobile account top-up, etc.
• Loyalty: cashback (bank and partner)

• Experience in conducting customer development, working with the concept of jobs to be done, building CJM. Tasks

What will you do:

• Building and developing a product team by domain areas: Credits, Passive products, Onboarding, Cards and accounts, Transaction services, Loyalty, Crypto products.
• Product strategy development.

• Formation of the backlog of stories from the development of products, services, features.
• Prioritization of stories in development (value vs cost).
• Working with the financial indicators of neobank, individual products and services , customer profitability.
• Working with behavioral analytics.
