Head of PrivatMoney development management in PrivatBank

Main responsibilities: Development of the PrivatMoney payment system Development and implementation of the PrivatMoney system strategy Ensuring the performance of indicators in the PrivatMoney system Ensuring the creation and development of an instant system based on PrivatMoney Control over the design of the functionality of instant transfers based on PrivatMoney, in particular participation in the development of business requirements for functionality and additional instant services transfers (the service of unique identifiers — aliases, the service of generating QR codes, others) Development and modernization of the system of instant transfers based on PrivatMoney Development/updation of the methodological base of the PrivatMoney system in accordance with the requirements of the NBU (Rules, Regulations, documentation on the PrivatMoney system) Analysis of payment infrastructure market trends in Ukraine and the world Attracting international and Ukrainian partners and banks to PrivatMoney MPS Implementation of new PrivatMoney services/technologies/services in accordance with the development strategy Preparation of analytical materials and research on PrivatMoney activities Organization of marketing activities to attract new participants and clients to the PrivatMoney system Modeling of processes in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal bank procedures Preparation of answers to inquiries regarding the regulation of PrivatMoney and its participantsPreparation of proposals to improve control procedures for all products and services within the PrivatMoney systemDevelopment and updating of the tariff policy in the PrivatMoney systemImplementation of requirements for important systems, adaptation of functionality to the requirements of the NBU (continuity, risk management in accordance with Resolution No. 187 , cyber security, others).Basic requirements: Higher education 3+ years of work experience in a bank/payment system/processing center/fintech. 2+ years of management experience Successful experience in negotiations with TOP companies in the payment market Knowledge of the payment services market Knowledge in the fields of: cross-border and domestic payment operations, card transfers, innovative payment servicesKnowledge of NBU legislation and regulations, especially in the part of the payment market.
