Head of practice (department) of migration law in Prihodko ta Partneri

Your duties and sphere of responsibility:

• attraction of new clients;
• direct participation in the development and formation of marketing strategies to attract customers (b2b and b2c);
• formation of practice work (department);
• involvement of new employees in practice (department). Formation of a strong team.
• training of subordinate lawyers/attorneys;
• monthly reporting on the results of practice (department) work to the management of the company;
• providing advice on migration law and immigration issues;
• legal support of non-residents, issuance of invitations to foreigners, appeal of decisions, actions or inaction of officials and officials;
• assistance in obtaining visas in all countries of the world (Eurozone countries, Canada, USA, Great Britain, Asian countries, etc.);
• support in obtaining the status of temporary protection;
• support in the United for Ukraine program and other similar programs;
• support in obtaining temporary residence permits, permanent residence permits, citizenships of various countries;
• legalization in any country of the world on the basis of investment, business, family ties, etc.;
• providing comments for mass media;
• participation in various initiatives, such as: development of new practice tools and service directions, writing articles for publications, shooting thematic videos.

Necessary skills and knowledge:

• higher education;
• work experience in the industry from 1 year;
• work experience in managerial positions from the 1st year with a staff of subordinates - from 3 people (will be an advantage);
• knowledge of spoken English;
• understanding of the basic principles of marketing;
• understanding of customer engagement mechanisms;
• initiative, diligence, stress resistance, exceptional legal literacy, creative thinking, critical thinking, ability to find solutions to crisis situations.
