KSE is looking for Head of PR department , who will be interested in creating the most powerful educational case on the Ukrainian market.

KSE is an educational holding company that creates the country's intellectual foundation. And to achieve our goals, we need a Communications Manager who will play one of the leading roles in creating and maintaining KSE's positioning in an ever-changing environment. You will work closely with the Executive Directors team to transform the business strategy into a meaningful, robust and long-term communications strategy.

Build relationships with communities by providing day-to-day guidance and PR support to all communications managers;

Identify and exploit opportunities for a broad presence of the KSE brand and its stories through relevant media and social networks;

Manage the implementation of planned activities aimed at increasing the attention of communities and creating a strong reputation for the brand in the world in accordance with the strategic vectors of KSE movement;

Create an effective speaker program to position line leaders, projects as industry authorities and increase brand awareness at conferences and events around the world;

Develop public relations programs targeting key markets to strengthen reputation as a leader in education, research and social responsibility by seeking high-profile publications in print, television and online media;

Cooperate with PR agencies to develop and implement effective public relations and influencer marketing plans for launching projects, initiatives, programs;

Develop and implement strategies of crisis communications and consulting, support of business directions in case of significant problems;

Create and implement KSE voice standards that help differentiate and make them meaningful to different target audiences.

Implement planning and monitoring, evaluation of department performance;

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications/marketing or related field (preferably a master's degree);
• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in corporate communications and/or marketing, ideally in a service environment;
• Stable experience in creating and implementing effective PR, media and communications;
• Strong ties with the media;
• High attention to details and an emphasis on achieving results;
• Creative thinker and problem solver with a focus on achieving results.
• Independent, with initiative and enthusiasm;
• Responsibility for the timely and highest quality performance of tasks;
• Native Ukrainian and fluency aEnglish is required, other languages ​​are helpful.
• You have experience working with the public with clear evidence of successful cooperation and partnership;
• You have cases of successful management of several projects;
• Experience building trust and confidence with opinion leaders, stakeholders and other influencers;
• You know how to effectively manage stakeholders and understand what each audience needs for effective communication;
• You have experience working in a cross-functional collaboration environment with the experience and ability to lead complex conversations and projects at the highest level.
