Create astrong product understanding and values among clients. Develop and implement new communication strategies for LIGA ZAKON inUkraine inline with the business strategy.Responsibilities:Conduct market research toidentify target audience segments and their preferences.Develop and executePR andGR strategies, including partnership with government bodies.Formulate and implement corporate communication policies.Develop tailored messaging and storytelling toresonate with different audience segments.Create compelling content such aspress releases, articles, blog posts, and social media posts tocommunicate product features and benefits.Utilize digital marketing channels effectively, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising, toreach the target audience.Build creative tools and plans forPR andGR strategies, enhancing product image and communication support.Develop corporate and personal branding, both externally and internally.Identify key influencers and thought leaders intheIT industry and establish partnerships for endorsements orcollaborations.Analyze the effectiveness ofPR and communication activities bytracking key performance indicators such asbrand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and sales conversions.Manage event participation and engagement.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams tointegratePR activities into overall marketing strategies and campaigns.Prepare spokespersons and executives for media interviews and public appearances toeffectively communicate key messages about the newIT product.Continuously optimizePR strategies and tactics based ondata-driven insights and feedback from stakeholders.WeAppreciate:The right candidate will possess adiverse range ofexperiences, skills, and competencies, including but not limitedto:Minimum 3years ofexperience asHead ofPR/GR inUkraine.ITindustry experience (Legal Tech, RegTech, Risk &Compliance, OSINT, ERP).Strong relationships with key media outlets.Government relations experience.Excellent content creation and communication skills.Creativity inPR andGR tools.Proficiency inEnglish (B2).Strong organizational and leadership skills.Innovative thinker and team player.Weoffer:Competitive salaryThe opportunity togain international experience inateam ofprofessionals inagrowing productIT company.Official employment.Remote work.
