Direct message the member who posted the job with Uinno Diana Tokman Diana Tokman HR Generalist at Uinno In order to build a clear and effective system of metrics, to create a systematic approach to project management, Uinno is looking for a like-minded leader Head of PMO. We are a digital product agency that solves all the client's tasks "turnkey" with a team of 40+ skills. WHY WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The number of projects is increasing and we feel that it is time to change our approach, learn new things, build a strategy for the development of the PMO department. That is why we are looking for two incredibly talented mid-level PMs, a head of department to join our team. Our company formally has a functional structure. Currently, we are outsourcing projects with an outstaff component. The outsourcing goes through the presale and possibly the discovery phase. A typical composition of the project team: PM, Designer, QA, FE/Mobile, BE. CHALLENGES: Create a system of budget, timeline and project quality metrics. Build a PMO department relevant to the number of projects and create a motivation system Manage client expectations As a department head, the main things you will be responsible for - that all projects are implemented to the best standards. Your job is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with the required quality. WHAT WE OFFER: No micromanagement. Direct communication with clients at the partner level. Freedom to make decisions - you can implement new practices and experiment.
