Provide leadership and control of a team of project/program managers and business analysts;

Development and implementation of project management principles and methods; Ensuring consistency and standardization of project management processes in the team and at the company level as a whole; Directly managing the project portfolio, conducting audits and using strong technical and business expertise to manage risks and eliminate obstacles in the course of project implementation; Interaction with business sponsors, customers and stakeholders to provide methodological assistance in the course of project implementation; Interaction with structural managers to ensure availability of resources; Overall responsibility for planning, execution, tracking and cost, schedule and scope management for all projects in the portfolio; Organization of collection and formation of regular reporting on the project portfolio; Gathering and consolidating detailed information on active portfolio projects with subsequent C-level presentation; Be responsible for training and mentoring project managers and company employees on project management and the principles of flexible Scrum/Kanban/Lean methodologies; Management of strategic projects in the role of project manager. Experience in conducting business analysis and compiling methodical materials is welcome; Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Office 365 (maximum applications), Jira (at the level of system administration), Visio; Availability of Scrum and/or Six Sigma certification; Knowledge of the English language (level not lower than Intermediate); Proactivity, self-organization, flexibility; Communicability, ability to negotiate, focus on internal affairso customer and development; High standards in work.
