ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of a group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious specialist for the position Head of PMO.

It is important for us:

-Experience in forming and managing a portfolio of projects and initiatives, project management.
-Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMBoK, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
-Ability to manage a cross-functional team
-Experience in forming governance policies and practical experience application of such project management systems (Jira, Redmine, Asana, Trello, etc.) stakeholders and an understanding of their needs
-Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines and priorities.
-Experience in developing the charter, project objectives, tasks, organizational structure, drawing up a project plan, defining key milestones, etc. in accordance with project management methodologies
-Ability to work with the preparation and verification of business requirements, contracts
-Understanding the principles of building IT architectures

What will you do?

-Management of a portfolio of company group initiatives
-Formation and implementation of change management policy in organization and project management
-Management of a team of business analysts to perform analysis of initiatives, formation of technical tasks
-Planning of resources for the implementation of initiatives and projects of the organizational unit of Digital Transformation
-Performance of project activities
-Development, design and implementation of tools to support project management processes
