Head of PMO in CORE Team

A full-cycle Ukrainian scientific and manufacturing enterprise, the products of which are accepted for armament of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, is looking for a strong and experienced Head of PMO.

Key task: building a project management system from scratch.

The team of project managers should in a short period of time take over the management of current R&D projects and organize the activities of key stakeholders on them.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of a project management system.
• Organization of interaction and effective work of project stakeholders.
• Choice of project management methodology, implementation of Microsoft Project software.
• Formation of a team and its organization joint effective work.
• Planning, management, coordination and control over compliance with project deadlines.
• Monitoring and reporting of the progress of projects and their results.
• Evaluation and risk management, development of response plans to problems and their solutions. Analysis and improvement of project management processes based on feedback and results.

Requirements:

• Experience in building the department's system work.
• Skills in organizing interaction with all interested parties.
• Experience in managing teams of 5+ people
< li>Ability to manage projects at all stages of their implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to solve complex tasks and make decisions independently.
• English level not lower than Intermediate .
