Head of PMO in ENCORE Digital

ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company, which is part of a group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious specialist for the position of Head of PMO. : 400"/>
Important for us:

-Experience in the formation and management of a portfolio of projects and initiatives, project management.
Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (PMBoK, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
-Ability to manage a cross-functional team
-Experience in the formation of task management policies (governance) and experience in the practical application of such project management systems (Jira, Redmine, Asana, Trello, etc.)
-General understanding of ITSM processes and experience in integrating change management processes and incident, problem handling processes
-Strong communication skills to work with various stakeholders and understand their needs
-Ability to organize tasks, manage deadlines and priorities.
-Experience in developing the charter, goals, project tasks, organizational structure, drawing up a project plan, defining key milestones, etc. in accordance with project management methodologies
-Ability to work with preparation and verification of business requirements, contracts
-Understanding the principles of building IT architectures

What will you do?

-Portfolio management of company group initiatives
- Formation and implementation of the change management policyothers in organization and project management
-Team management business analysts to analyze initiatives, form technical tasks
-Planning of resources for the execution of initiatives and projects of the Digital Transformation unit
Execution of project activity
- Development, design and implementation of tools to support project management processes
