We invite to our friendly team the Head of the department - the product manager of the "Plant protection products" department. The main requirements: Higher education (Management/Agronomy) Knowledge of the agricultural market (competitors and suppliers) Experience of working in managerial positions in the purchase and sale of plant protection products from 3 years Experience of team management Skills of negotiations and conclusion of contracts Skills of budgeting and formation of pricing Planning skills Knowledge of the assortment of PPE and of product indicators Skills of working with CRM systems and 1C 8.3. Functional responsibilities: Formation of a strategy for promoting products by destination; Participation in the formation of commercial policy and pricing by product group; Searching and establishing work with new suppliers; Conducting negotiations with suppliers, planning and confirming volumes procurement, prices, conditions of suppliers, training, provision of marketing products, etc.; Organization of accounting for the arrival of goods; Full support of PPE suppliers; Management of product balances in warehouses; Formation of sales prices, control of the margin and its maximization, agreement of sales prices; Constant monitoring and analysis of the market / prices of PPE, current goods, promotions, etc. and timely response to changes, knowledge of the agricultural market and a complete guide in active substances and substitutes of PPE; Work with the regional team; Analysis and preparation of a report on prices on the PPE market for the entire commercial team; Supplying warehouses with goods according to plan; Participation in the development and promotion of social security campaigns.
