• Knowledge of the agricultural market (competitors and suppliers)
• Experience in management positions in the purchase and sale of plant protection products from 3 years
• Team management experience

• Negotiation and contract conclusion skills
• Budgeting and pricing skills
• Planning skills
• Knowledge of the range of PPE and product indicators
• Skills for working with CRM systems and 1C 8.3.

Functional duties:

• Formation of a product promotion strategy by direction;
• Participation in the formation of commercial policy and pricing by product group;
• Search and coordination of work with new suppliers;
• Negotiations with suppliers, planning and confirmation of purchase volumes, prices, terms of suppliers, training, provision of marketing products, etc.;
• Organization of accounting for goods arrival;
• Full support of PPE suppliers;
• Management of product balances in warehouses;
• Formation of sales prices, margin control and its maximization, approval of sales prices;
• Constant monitoring and analysis the market / prices of PPE, current products, promotions, etc. and timely response to changes, knowledge of the agricultural market and a complete orientation in active substances and substitutes of PPE;
• Working with the regional team;
• Analytics and compilation a report on prices on the PPE market for the entire commercial team;
• Supplying warehouses with goods according to the plan;
• Participation in the development and promotion of promotions on PPE.
