Head of personnel training and development in Lvivski Kruasani

Fast Food Franchising Group is a leading company in the field of public catering franchising in Ukraine. We are the owners of the national network of bakeries "Lviv Croissants" and 4 more successful projects, namely: the restaurant 1708 pizza di Napoli, Lviv Bakery, Magic Bowls and Puffy Pancakes.

We invite to the team a Head of training and personnel development who will help us ensure the quality implementation, development and effectiveness of training of our employees.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• experience of working with educational platforms;
• experience of conducting training (online and offline);
• ability to structure large amounts of information;
• analytical thinking and learning efficiency skills;
• initiative, communication and presentation skills;

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in a restaurant business or retail chain;

Terms jobs:

• Official employment;
• Work schedule 5/2 from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 10:00 to 19:00 with a lunch break;

Responsibilities:

• building a system of training and personnel development
• auditing existing training programs and their optimization/changes/improvements in accordance with business goals
• development and implementation for line staff and administrators:
  • training materials
  • presentations
  • guides
  • courses, standards and training instructions
  • attestations
• measurement of training effectiveness:
  • pre- and post-training evaluation
  • feedback from Partners/Administrators
• work with platforms: Lviv Croissants Academy and BBook
• conduct online/offline training
• development of the company's internal trainers
