Head of TA & EB at PepsiCo Ukraine is a talent attraction business partner who: Organizes effective work on filling organizational vacancies with qualified internal or external candidates Builds partnerships with internal customers to implement the best talent attraction and assessment strategies Promotes internal customers' awareness of the attraction policy talent and recruitment processes. Tracks and applies the main trends in the talent market, advanced recruiting methods. Effectively fills key vacant positions in the company's management team. Collaborates with the TA team of the European sector to apply and adapt for the local market corporate tools, practices and methodologies Develops and implements the employer brand development strategy, providing support and strengthening of the company's positioning in the local labor market. , team development AND to improve their qualifications, engagement and achieve the desired results. Our wishes for the candidate: Higher education Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of talent attraction Experience in managing a team Special knowledge and skills: In-depth knowledge of all components of recruiting (search strategy, methods of selection and attraction, evaluations, management of relations with candidates, compensation issues) High level of management maturity, which allows to develop strong partnerships with leaders of areas, colleagues and subordinates; Excellent communication skills; Ability to properly handle confidential and secret information; Ability to act effectively regardless of assigned tasks and show flexibility when changing priorities, while focusing on the needs of stakeholders and the organization; English - Intermediate; Confident user of PC, Excel, Power Point, Zoom, Teams.
